RETURNS POLICY
Shiksham Narayanam endeavors to serve its clients to offer the best experience. We return and
refund with ease.
● The goods once delivered can be returned within 4 days from the delivery date.
● All returned items must be accompanied by an original bill, receipt, product return number
(provided by our customer care)
● Goods to be returned must be in sealed, unopened condition, due to hygiene purpose products
with seal broken will not be accepted for return
● Shiksham Narayanam is not responsible for damage of goods after delivery. All claims for
shortage or damage during delivery must be reported to customer service on the delivery date.

REFUND POLICY
● Refund process will be initiated after a check by Shiksham Narayanam of the returned
goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered to.
● Refunds shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-
refundable.
● Refunds will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance
of return/refund.
● In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order it can be processed through bank transfer as per
bank details provided by client or can be credited to the customer’s account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
● Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods,
cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5%
gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.
